Client Support Administrator

The opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and efficient Client Support Administrator to join us in our Croydon head office. We are going through an exciting period of growth across our Bank Monitoring team and so this role provides an ideal opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to progress and expand in a busy and varied role.

The Role:

You will be supporting Partners and Senior Associates on Bank Monitoring accounts and will be reporting into the Client Support Manager. Strong and current use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for this role as your general responsibilities will include; creating bank fee quotes, managing project admins, monitoring surveyor invoices, monitoring and issuing of reports and updating trackers. You will own and manage the administration of certain key accounts this includes all of the above and potential to grow with this client.

We are looking for an administrator who possess strong communication skills, confidence to communicate at all levels and the ability to manage expectations internally and externally. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and part of a team, having the enthusiasm and willing to learn.

  • 2/3 years of experience within a Professional Services – desirable
  • Have ability to manage varied workload comfortably, manage expectations and complete to deadline
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong and current experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
