Senior Quantity Surveyor

Full Time - Croydon, London

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dynamic, talented and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team and work from both our Croydon Head Office and our London office in Clerkenwell.

We work across a range of industry sectors including retail, residential, education, health, industrial & logistics, commercial, leisure, and transport and infrastructure. Requirements

Applicants for these roles should have as a minimum:

  • A professional qualification to either MRICS or MCIOB level
  • Hold a RICS recognised degree or masters in a construction related discipline
  • Have experience and knowledge of the Residential and Project Monitoring sectors
  • Have experience and knowledge of providing Project Monitoring services
  • Have strong personal and client facing skills and demonstrate an excellent standard of customer care
  • Be IT literate including the use of CostX and the MS Office Suite
  • Hold a full and clean driving licence as this role will involve regular travel.
