Project Description:
The First Way scheme was a purpose built student campus which provided academic and flexible work space in the heart of the Wembley Park regeneration area.
The site is located on 1.73 acres of land and was built using volumetric modular units with traditional elements.
The project included:
- 678 bed student accommodation within blocks of up to eleven storeys
- 37,000 sq ft of commercial office and academic space
- 300 person auditorium
- Seminar rooms
- Study areas
- Gym
- Library
- IT suite
- Communal garden areas.
