Project Description:
The project comprised the construction of three new retail pods totalling 4,600 sq ft within the car park of a busy retail park on the west of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Key features of the project comprised:
- Approximately 4,600 sq ft GFA.
- Overclad works to two existing and trading units.
- All works carried out within a busy trading retail park.
- Demolition of office block and creation of new 100 space car park adjacent to the site.
