Project Description:

Henry Riley were appointed as the Quantity Surveyors for all three of H&M’s prestigious first four flagship stores and twenty one Red Stores in South Africa. The stores are finished to an incredibly high specification and range in size from 2,500m² to 4,800m². 

We have also completed the following office projects for H&M:

• Cape Town
  Complete turnkey fit-out of their 800m² Head Office in De Waterkant.
• Addis Ababa
  Complete turnkey fit-out of their 540m² Production Office.
