Project Description:
Delivery from cradle to grave on new builds, refurbishments and extensions acting as the client’s own delivery manager, ensuring company standards and designs are implemented by an external professional team comprising of project managers, quantity surveyors, architects, structural and services design.
Projects include fit-out from gray shell comprising of all customer facing finishes and back of house. Works involved:
- Signage and shop fit including fitting rooms, cash and wrap, seating etc.
- M&E and vertical transport.
- Sprinkler installation.
- Centre floor equipment.
