We are currently seeking Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, for our Melbourne based office. To expand and develop our business in Australia raising the Henry Riley presence.
The role includes all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy pre and post contract duties including preparation of tenders, cost planning, compiling estimates, contract administrative agreement of final accounts, value engineering and procurements / standardisation work.
We are looking for a QS who possesses the working knowledge of Retail and Refurbishments as well as Bank Monitoring, this role will also have scope for working on Residential projects.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving and decision making skills. Having the ability to adapt and being able to consistently offer an excellent standard of customer care.

- Are recently qualified or working towards your APC for either RICS / AIQS
- Possess experience in electronic take-off software, CostX or similar
- Have full Australian right to work
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft office and project
- Have the ability to show and use initiative
- Have Health and Safety awareness
- Being a team player with the ability to work independently
- Hold leadership skills.
