The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Croydon Head Office.

The Role

The role includes all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy pre and post contract duties including preparation of tenders, cost planning, compiling estimates, contract administrative agreement of final accounts, value engineering and procurements / standardisation work.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving and decision making skills. Having the ability to adapt and being able to consistently offer an excellent standard of customer care.

Requirements

Applicants for these roles should have

  • A minimum of 5/7 years of post grad experience
  • Are qualified or be willing to work towards your APC for RICS accreditation
  • Possess knowledge and experience of working within the Residential sector but we are able to consider other industry sector experience
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project
  • Experience in electronic take off software such as CostX or similar
  • Show strong relationship management and client facing skills with a consistent excellent standard of customer care
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving and decision making skills.
