New Appointment - Warwickshire College Group
We are pleased to announce that Henry Riley has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services on the Construction Technology and Innovation Centre (CTIC) at Rugby College, which is being managed, designed, constructed and operated utilising BIM Level 2 standards.
The dedicated centre will provide education and training including foundation degrees, professional qualifications and degree apprenticeships for an anticipated 350 students per year.
The £2.5M project comprises the construction of a new two-storey, 1,000m2 building which will incorporate modern techniques including low carbon technology and is due to complete in July 2019.
