The project comprised converting a three storey office block with concrete floors, externally exposed brick work and glazing infills, into 69 self-contained flats.
Works included internal fire protection partitioning, installation of electrical kitchen appliances for cooking and storage space. Each unit has an electrical heater, electric boiler, toilet with shower facility. Water tanks and booster sets were fitted on the roof, which are accessible via a drop down ladder. Within the communal area, standard emergency lighting, smoke detection and AOV system.
