The project included the design and construction of 27 new dwellings with associated drainage, incoming services and external works.
The new dwellings consist of:
- Six one bedroom flats
- Nine two bedroom flats
- Six two bedroom houses
- Four three bedroom houses
- Two four bedroom houses.
