Roden Street was a new development in Ilford, Essex involving the demolition of an existing retail development to construct a new mixed residential scheme.
Works consisted of a new 452 space basement carpark, 60,000 sq ft retail store, six retail units, 656 number apartments, ten town houses and 17 mews houses, new public realm and podium landscaping.
