Project Description:
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing Linkway Retail Park.
Works comprised:
- The strip-out of existing buildings
- Removal and replacement of cladding
- New roofing materials
- Installation of new shop front glazing and entrance features
- Division of the existing space to create smaller units to attract smaller retail tenants
- Complete refurbishment of the external areas comprising new paving and drainage, new surfacing, realignment of parking bays and new car park lighting.
The works were phased to enable existing tenants to remain on site throughout the works and the retail park remained open during the entire contract.
