Project Description:
The Bradford Broadway shopping centre is a major part of a wider urban regeneration master plan led by Bradford Council within their City Plan.
The Broadway development completes the “Connecting the City” project, providing new links to the major quarters of the city centre, including improvements to the pedestrianised streets and public realm.
The development totals 570,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with 1,300 new car parking spaces. In addition to Debenhams, M&S and Next, more than 70 shops, restaurants and cafes bring together a dynamic mix of high street fashion, food and lifestyle brands.
