Project Description:
The project comprises the delivery of a new leisure centre and offices to the Borough Council. Works include:
- Leisure centre including a 25m, six lane swimming pool – built with modular myrtha technology
- A learner pool
- Fitness suite
- Spin room
- Two multi-purpose studios
- Changing village
- Community hall including performing stage
- Spectator viewing areas
- Self-catered office block with direct access and varying spaces to rent
- External works including hard and soft landscaping, car park and provision of an access slip road.
