Sainsbury’s has occupied the office at 33 Holborn for over 15 years and, following a strategic review of their head office requirements, have undertaken a rationalisation of the space necessary to support the retail operation.
Over the past two years the upper floors have been sublet to other occupiers and the final phase is to completely refit five floors to an Activity Based Working environment. This supports Sainsbury’s vision to offer different spaces for its employees to work in so that they complement the work activities being undertaken.
- Supporting the team in costing the designs to value manage a scheme that met the brief and was in line with the corporate budget for this project.
